We were given a bunch of coupons, but many of them we did not take advantage of, in particular the Buffet (closed Monday and Tuesday), which we were told would be honored at the Claim Jumper, but were not. We did have a Keurig in the room which was great, but no fridge. Bed was super comfy and the rain showerhead was a plus. The room was very nice, and well appointed.
We had VIP check in which was fast and very friendly.
We stayed in the Gold Tower and had an upgrade to the 16th floor Gold Club.
